Position Overview

The Senior Retail Buyer and Account Manager will be responsible for managing Eleven’s brand partnerships and retail program, this will include but not be limited to annual ordering schedule, order execution, shipping logistics, retail inventory management, equipment replacement program, product mix, and margin optimization. They will also be responsible for developing and managing all of Eleven’s retail and equipment partner relationships, while also establishing key strategic partnerships with Eleven’s best retail partners to ensure Eleven is benefitting from the best wholesale terms, equipment giveaways, and content creation opportunities.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

• Develop an annual ordering schedule and supporting standard operating procedures to clearly outline ordering requirements and deadlines to all relevant business units.

• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with Eleven’s top retail partners to achieve preferred wholesale terms, equipment giveaways, and content creation opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, and Operations Managers on new product line decks for owner approval.

• Curate retail spaces for all Eleven properties.

• Establish and maintain all retail and equipment accounts globally.

• Oversee and verify the accuracy of all retail inventory systems and monthly submittals

• Administrator for all retail POS systems: Lightspeed, Sellys, Partender, etc.

• Develop and maintain monthly retail sales and KPIs reporting system.

• Optimize product mix and margin through thoughtful and consistent retail inventory management.

• Develop annual retail budget per business unit.

• Coordinate with Operations on global shipping logistics

• Establish sourcing and ordering SOPs for each business unit.

• Collaborate on developing efficient and cost effective system for liquidating and replacing company equipment.

• Collaborate with marketing to design and order company schwag

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years working within the retail industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and with precision

• Strong motivator with exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation skills while representing the interests of the company and brand

• Strong solicitation, networking and general sales skills

• High ethical standards which align with company values
